Brandon Huggins

Owner and Operator

Coach Brandon Huggins is the head trainer at Top Athlete and has over a decade of experience training athletes and teams across Baltimore County. He currently serves as the strength and conditioning coach for Boys' Latin Men's Lacrosse under Coach Brian Farrell, and previously held the same role at Loyola University Men's Lacrosse under Coach Charlie Toomey, helping guide teams to NCAA Final Four and Semi-Final appearances. His coaching background also includes time at Johns Hopkins University and Calvert Hall. Coach B's approach focuses on building strength, improving movement quality, and developing athletes into leaders — both in competition and in life.

Mark Truffer

General Manager, Strength Coach/Trainer-NASM-CPT PES

Mark Truffer is the General Manager at Mobtown Athletic Club and a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist (NASM-CPT PES). Over the past decade, he's worked across the fitness and sports performance industry — managing teams, coaching athletes, and running operations at multiple facilities in the Baltimore and Annapolis area. His experience includes time as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Calvert Hall College High School, Director of Operations at Training House Gym, and owner of MT Performance Training. Mark oversees day-to-day operations at Mobtown and ensures the facility runs smoothly for athletes, clients, and vendors.

Legendary Coach Alfonso Balducci has been in the game for over 25 years. Leading initiatives from multiple teams, business and training facilities to success. His book consists of high-level executives, Collegiate and Professional Athletes, many of which that have been with him for decades. Marshall Land

Sports Performance Coach

Marshall Land is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach with over a decade of experience training athletes and adults. He specializes in sport-specific training, strength and conditioning, fat loss, muscle building, and nutrition coaching. Marshall has worked with athletes from middle school through college, including serving as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Pipeline Soccer Club's Boys ECNL teams, and has trained hundreds of general population clients through his business, Healthy Mindset LLC. His approach combines technical programming with practical nutrition guidance to help clients perform better and stay consistent with their goals.

Haleigh Poore

Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Haleigh Poore is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women's Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Pre/Postnatal Training Specialist with over five years of experience helping men and women build strength, lose fat, and improve body composition. Her approach focuses on sustainable training and nutrition strategies that develop both physical and mental strength. Haleigh has coached clients in one-on-one sessions, small group training, and group fitness classes, working with people at every level — from those just starting out to experienced lifters looking to reach new goals. She designs personalized programs that meet clients where they are and help them make real, lasting progress.
